Use pure Cypress oil in a Sitz bath to treat BLADDER CONTROL PROBLEMS or a WEAK BLADDER and to decongest and promote healthy functioning of the PROSTATE GLAND and URINARY TRACT SYSTEM.

SITZ BATH DIRECTIONS:

Fill your basin or tub with warm water, just enough to cover the lower part of your hips.

Blend 5-8 drops of Cypress pure essential oil, alone or blend with other pure essential oils, into a dispersant such as a carrier oil (suggest Jojoba or Light Coconut oil), milk or cream, or a spoonful of honey.

PLEASE NOTE: Essential oils are not water soluble you must use a dispersant when adding them to a bath.

Swish the waters to evenly disperse the pure Cypress oil mixture in your bath water.

Relax in the warm Cypress waters for 5-15 minutes or until the waters begin cool.

Repeat the Sitz Bath application once daily for up to 3 weeks. Then take a one week break from bathing in Cypress waters. Afterwhich you may continue for another cycle of daily Sitz baths for up to 3 weeks as needed for cleansing and strengthening your bladder and prostate gland.

FOR A CLEANSING AND TONING BLEND add 1 or 2 of these pure essential oils with Cypress oil: Fennel, Juniperberry, Lavender, Lemon, Rosemary.

CAUTION: Please avoid Cypress oil during pregnancy due to its circulatory and hormonal effects. If you do want to use Cypress oil while you are pregnant please consult a qualified professional aromatherapist, as it can be especially beneficial in certain situations.

PLEASE NOTE: There are many cheap, synthetic copies of aromatic oils, but these are not recommended for therapeutic use. For best results purchase the highest quality oils you can possibly find. Use certified organic essential oils, or oils that have been tested and are pesticide free.
